Streamlined Steps to Ownership

To ensure a successful future for all of us, we have designed a streamlined yet selective 5-step process for qualifying and choosing new Area Developers and Franchisees.

1. Complete and Return Rotelli Pizza & Pasta Personal Profile
You can request a personal profile form via the internet, email, mail or by phone. The profile is intended to help us assess your compatibility with our concept. We will review and check your background, experience and financial standing and determine if your profile matches the qualifications/characteristics of successful Rotelli restaurant owners. At Rotelli, we understand that all your information is personal and confidential, and it will be treated as such. This profile is the first step in the process and in no way obligates you to purchase a franchise from Rotelli.

2. Receive and Review the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).
Once we have determined that your profile indicates you would be a good match as a potential Rotelli franchisee, you will receive a UFOC. This document provides detailed franchise information regarding Rotelli, including our company’s background, officers, investments and operating locations as well as the obligations required of Rotelli franchisees.

3. Conduct Business Due Diligence
Investing in and running a business is a major decision, and we encourage all of our prospective franchisees to perform the proper due diligence ensuring that the match is right for you. We ask that you thoroughly review everything in the UFOC, and consult legal and financial advisors. Most importantly, we invite you to contact our current franchisees and tour a few Rotelli locations. We’re convinced that you’ll love the concept and what the franchise has to offer, but only you can determine if it fits your lifestyle and needs.

4. Contact us and/or our Area Developer for a First Meeting
Once you’re certain that becoming part of the Rotelli family is ideally suited for you, contact us and/or an Area Developer to set up your first personal meeting. During this meeting we will begin to build the foundation for a long-term business relationship. We will also begin the discussion of all matters necessary for you to gainthorough understanding of our company, operations and the commitment necessary to become a successful franchisee.

5. Franchise Agreement
The final step to becoming a Rotelli franchisee is a formal request for a Rotelli Franchise and restaurant location. This is all part of the final Franchise Agreement. Once you have signed the agreement and made a deposit, you’ll be on your way to reaping the rewards of being a member of the Rotelli family!
